If you choose to reserve a Vendor Training Room, we will include the title of your session in our promotional materials as well as in the Mega-Conference Onsite Program. We will also provide you with a discount code to help you market your session to potential attendees. People who use your unique code can take 10% off of their registration fee - which makes you look good! 
To ensure that you get a preferred exhibit booth location, please send in your booth space application & contract no later than September 1. Later that week, we will begin to assign exhibit space of all companies which have sent in their paid reservations. After September 1, all booth applications will be assigned from the remaining spaces on a first-come, first-served basis.
