How can we use the Annual Conference and/or other venues to help bring employers and employees who are looking together?

The initial suggestion is to have a job posting board at the AC for people to post information. If that was available, how would/should it work? Would we have folks fill out a small form with basic contact information they could post on the board so that employers could take one of the forms and contact them?
