2019 Annual Meeting
The 2019 annual corporation membership meeting will be held October 15, 2019 from 5:00 - 6:30 pm in the River Birch A room at the Embassy Suites Hotel and Conference Center in Loveland, Colorado.
Order of Business. The order of business at the annual meeting of the membership of the corporation shall be as follows:
- Call to Order and the availability of the corporation membership list
- Reading of Annual Meeting Notice
- Reading of the previous annual meeting minutes
- President's Report
- Secretary-Treasurer's Report
- Executive Director's Report
- Committee Reports
- Other business
- Adjournment
Procedures used in conducting all meetings will follow Roberts Rules of Order (Bantam edition, 1986, Bantam Books, NY) unless modified in these Bylaws.
