NOWRA - RCAP Projects
In partnership with the Rural Community Assistance Partnership (RCAP) and with grant funding from the USEPA, NOWRA has developed a series of training materials for the onsite wastewater industry. These materials are being developed in three phases. For more information about each phase of the project, use the appropriate link below.
Phase 1: Homeowner Education Materials - completed in September 2023.
Phase 2: Small Communities, Operation & Maintenance, and Difficult Sites - currently in development and due to be complete in September 2026.
As part of Phase 2, RCAP is hosting a series of workshops across the country in cooperation with NOWRA trainers to premier these materials and conduct train-the-trainer workshops. For more information on the workshops, use the following link:
