All memberships are individual, not company-based. Regulator Members must be employed by a federal, state, county or municipal governmental regulatory agency. Student members must be enrolled as a full-time student in an onsite wastewater technology related, college-level course of study. Student member applicants must supply, with their application, a photocopy of their current year full-time student ID card. Note: Please check NOWRA's list of state affiliates to make sure you are not eligible to join NOWRA through your state organization. In many cases, joining the state organization is less expensive than joining NOWRA and still offers you full benefits as a NOWRA member.
Contributions to NOWRA are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes. However, dues payments may be deductible as an ordinary and necessary business expense. Please consult your tax advisor for more information.
