NOWRA accepts Mastercard, Visa and American Express cards for payment. If you have questions, please call 800-966-2942.

Sales of all online publications and online learning classes are final. Publication refunds will only be issued if the purchaser provided an accurate email address and did not receive the purchased information. No refunds will be issued for online learning courses. All annual memberships in NOWRA are final and non-refundable. For conference registrations, refunds, less a processing fee, will be issued if the request is received prior to the refund cut-off date associated with that conference. Refer to the information about the specific event for which you are requesting a refund for processing fee amounts and refund cut-off. No refunds are offered for Installer Academy trainings.
