NEW for this year, NOWRA is offering our Exhibitors the opportunity to give a 20 minute presentation in our Vendor Training Room Sessions for an additional fee. Discounts will be offered for NOWRA Corporate Members based upon their membership level. In order to sign up for the Vendor Training Room Presentation Slots, you must be an exhibitor at the 2026 NOWRA Mega-Conference. During these presentations, Exhibitors can promote their products to attendees.
PLEASE NOTE: these sessions run concurrently with education sessions but CEUs are NOT offered for them.

- Show Decorating Information for Shipping and Requests - The general contractor for exhibitor services for the NOWRA event is Alliance Expo. All exhibitors will be receiving an email from Alliance Expo inviting you to order items such as carpet, furnishings, material handling of freight, etc.

- Electricity and other Special Items - Exhibitors will need to order electricity or other special items directly with the hotel using the link below. You will need to select the date, time, and item requested. At checkout you will be asked for the conference attending (NOWRA Mega-Conference), your company name, and booth number/booth location.
Note: NOWRA Corporate Member Booth locations are confirmed first, with priority given to larger booths. The deadline for NOWRA Corporate Members to get priority placement for the 2026 exhibit hall is August 2, 2026. All booths will be assigned on first come, first serve basis after that date.
